Maintenance Tech - Night Shift (ND)

Maintenance Tech - Overnights

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facility, troubleshooting, repairing, and ordering parts. This position is responsible for the quality of all work performed.

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and well organized work area
  • Providing good quality service including, but not limited to:
    • Timely support
    • Root cause determination
    • Good follow up on issues
  • Appropriately planning work, looking at all priorities including, but not limited to:
    • Coordinating with production & leadership (ie. looking ahead at schedule)
    • Focusing on equipment follow-up issues, PM's and work orders
    • Making sure the following shifts are set up to be successfully
    • Ordering parts and repairs as needed
  • Supporting operations by properly maintaining equipment
    • Providing crisis support
    • Performing line start-up checks
    • Assisting production on set up and adjustments as needed
  • Monitoring and working towards reducing scrap, non-conformance and downtime due to equipment issues
  • Monitoring and maintaining facility equipment
  • Implementing improvements to equipment, processes, methods, etc.

 

Schedule: This position is a Fixed Shift Schedule so you will be working 6:30pm -6:45 am for 7 out of 14 days! You will get every other weekend off!

Requirements:

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent preferred
  • Detail Oriented
  • Electrical and Mechanical skills
  • Experience preferred, but will train
  • Electrical Competency and Safety Authorization Form completed and signed

Production

Production Associate

A Production Associate inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepares shipping labels, and packs product. 

Responsibilities:

Production Associates operate fabrication equipment, monitor product quality to ensure customer specifications are met and preparing equipment/materials for production runs.  Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates.  

Schedule:

Days: 6:30 a.m.- 6:45 p.m   $16.50/hr

Nights:  6:30 p.m.- 6:45 a.m.   Pay: $16.50/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).  All hours over 40 hours per work week are compensated at an overtime rate.  With this schedule you only work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!

  • Ability to think and learn on the job.
