- Accounting and HR Manager (Roanoke, VA)
- Tecton Products is seeking an experienced accountant for our facility in Salem, Virginina. The ideal candidate possesses a deep appreciation for the accuracy and details vital to the accounting profession and is a proactive leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong verbal/written communication style. This position will be responsible for the location’s Accounting and will also spend equal time providing management for the Human Resources, Safety and Information Systems functions. Expertise in all these areas is not required; however, demonstrated leadership ability in a dynamic work environment is. Five years experience and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or another related field is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be an immediate contributor to the organization’s bottom-line with a clear and direct approach to communication, the ability to drive projects to timely and on-budget completion, and a commitment to thinking strategically. - Industrial Maintenance Technician (Roanoke, VA)
- Tecton is looking for an experienced INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our NIGHT shift. This position will focus on machine repair, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Requirements include: technical degree (electronics or industrial maintenance preferred) & experience with electrical controls, PLC's, pneumatics, etc. Manufacturing environment experience is a plus. Tecton offers comprehensive benefits including profit sharing. This is a NIGHT position (6:30 pm to 6:45 am). - Electrical Engineer (Fargo, ND)
- Tecton Products is seeking an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER with the following combination of education, skills and experience: 2 or 4 year degree (4 yr. strongly preferred) in Electrical Engineering; PLC programming ability preferred but not required; knowledge in electrical and pheumatic schematic drawing; data acquisition & data analysis; understanding of electrical circuitry & power controls; troubleshooting electrical controls on equipment; develop control standards for future equipment; and mechanical aptitude.
